Ceremonies I Offer

Weddings.

In whichever way you would like to celebrate your marriage, or your civil partnership, together we can make it happen! Whether you have chosen to have a formal or informal celebration; indoors or outdoors; in a private home, a hotel, the village hall, on a beach, or in a boat; it is your celebration and together, we can tailor-make the service to reflect you both in your personalities, and your wishes.

Namings.

Officially give your baby or child, his or her own identity and promote the special relationship between you and your child with family and friends. The service can take any shape you like, I will build it according to your wishes, including your own personal vows and hopes for the child’s future, in a tailor-made service, involving friends and family and it can, of course, take place wherever you desire.

Funerals.

Whether it be a funeral service held at a graveside, a crematorium, in a forest; or a memorial or a scattering of ashes in a place of special significance, I will work with you to create a service that is unique to your loved one and will reflect their personality as well as your thoughts and memories of them.
It will be personal and individual in every way.

An Independent Celebrant.

As an Independent Celebrant, I have worked with many families for many reasons and can honestly say ‘I love my job’. Working with people in some of the most important, sometimes the happiest and sadly sometimes the most painful, moments of their lives; but getting to know them, and their families and friends; being a part of the process which helps them celebrate, commemorate, or to move on.
As a person with an unfathomable depth to understanding people and also as a good communicator, I am happy to chat and find out exactly what it is that each client has in mind, and to help them to carry out this service, in exactly the way they had imagined.

I am an excellent communicator and writer, and I will work tirelessly to create a service that will be truly fitting for you, your partner, your family, or your loved one. Only when you are completely happy with the script will I call it ready, to be delivered by me, in a warm and professional manner on the day.

It is important to me that every client I work with is given the choice and the understanding, working along with their own imagination so that between us we can put together a script that truly reflects them, and their wishes.
